I woke up this morning and soon got to see some Supreme Court decisions and… I didn’t have an opinion on it. Honestly, I think we’re all a bit burned out. So, instead of any extra commentary on the subject, here’s a recipe I’ve been working on for about a week now. It’s an easy dip that takes almost no time to make and has a very deep flavor profile.
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. stone-ground mustard
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
A fresh yet tangy bite to go with chips or fries and a burger. Or whatever your preference. I don’t judge.
